If you sign up for Open Studios as a volunteer you can take advantage of a lower registration fee. Below are the available volunteer jobs for BOS 2012. These are being filled on a first-come-first-served basis. 

Advertising staff    
Graphic designer for poster, postcards (this is for an experienced graphic designer only) 1 FILLED
Advertising sales for catalog: 2

Distribute posters, postcards: 2 positions FILLED

Distribute map/catalog: 2

Data entry of registration forms 1 

Website updater: 1- will train 

 Press release writer/editor: 2

 Public relations asst,- sends emails to media outlets: FILLED

 Kickoff Show: 4 volunteers to hang show, 1 to type labels 

 Second Saturday April 14 volunteers: 2 

 Kickoff party volunteers April 27: 4 

 Lawn sign distribution: FILLED

 Coordinator of artists looking for temporary studio space: 1 

 Coordinator of Kids Art Room: 1

 Volunteers at large: 3. run errands, pick up things from printer, pick up registrations, write thank you notes, etc. Must be mobile!
