A. The show will be on view from  January 12-26, 2013

Q. Where is the Big Draw?
A. This year it will be held at Hudson Beach Glass 162 Main St. in Beacon NY

Q. My drawing is 6"x 8" but it's on an 8"x10"piece of paper. Is that OK?
A. NO. All submissions must be on 6"x8" paper to be included. See above photo

Q. Should my work be vertical or horizontal?
A. Either way is fine

Q. When is the deadline to submit?
A. Work must be received by January 2nd, 2013

Q. What's the gala party all about?
A. The Big Draw Gala Party is an evening affair at Hudson Beach Glass on the night of January 26th with a live drawing rally, food, beverages, photo booth and silent auction all included in the price of the ticket. Tickets will be sold at the door $15 each or 2 for $25.

Q. When will I know if my work is in the show?
A. If your submission meets all of the above requirements, it will be hung and for sale. If not, it will be sent back to you in the self addressed stamped envelope you provide once the show is over.

Q. I have this small painting I'd like to submit but I'm not really willing to part with it for $25. Is it OK if I scan it or take a digital photo and print out a copy?
A. No. It's always obvious when someone has made a copy of an original  and they never sell.
