I am an artist, designer, and educator who moved to Beacon in May of 2018. Although I primarily paint, I have also worked in set design, art installation, and fashion. Prior to moving to Beacon, I worked as an NYC DOE art teacher with students from prek- 8th grade. As an educator, I incorporated many personal- meaning based projects for my students to explore their own experiences and expression through art making. As an artist, my work is often a reflection of my own daily life experiences and feelings. My inspiration and interest lies in color relationships and transformation of the viewer's physical environment.
